这个95㎡的住宅，是为一对新婚夫妻构建的生活起点。
原始户型结构不复杂，但限制比较明显：
1）中间是承重墙，三房需求压缩了公共区面积，
2）采光偏弱，
3) 走廊占比偏高。
我们从功能梳理开始，调整空间路径，重新组织光线、材质、界面与行为之间的关系，尽量在现有条件下，把每个空间用得更合理，也更干净。
像是年轮缓慢扩张，也像氧但是气不动声色地进入结构缝隙润物无声，但始终在发生。
This 95㎡ residence was designed as the starting point of life for a newlywed couple.
While the original layout wasn’t complex, it presented several limitations:
1、A load-bearing wall in the center compressed the public area due to the need for three bedrooms;
2、Limited natural light;
3、A disproportionately large hallway area.
We began by reevaluating the functional layout, adjusting circulation paths and reorganizing the relationships between light, materials, surfaces, and human behavior. Our goal was to make every space more efficient and refined within the existing constraints.
Like the slow expansion of tree rings, or oxygen quietly seeping through structural gaps—subtle yet ever-present—transformation takes place gently, but constantly.
